All item are available and ready to despatch in or from the UK on the same day where payment is received before 3:30pm. Saturday included. However on Sundays or any Bank Holidays any purchased items will be despatch the next working day instead.
Postage within the UK is free. To ensure a safe delivery, each item will be despatched as a registered post through the Royal Mailing service ( 1st Class) using the Royal Mail posting service

While we consistently demonstrate pride in our quality of product and service provided, we understand that at times there might be an event of unsatisfaction where an item needs returning. Where there is a default with an item please contact us straight away, using our contact form and we will do all we can to rectify it as soon as possible.

For defective or incorrect product, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Please keep the picture to a small or medium size. Preferably within 2 MB.

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. However, note should be taken that it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping fee for a refund of a product, or for an exchange of a product. We will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
